SHIPPING

Our dispatch warehouses are based in both Hong Kong and the United States.

Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that has your items available.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. If your order is returned to sender you will be required to pay the returns costs as well as repay for shipping so please double check your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Worldwide Standard Shipping:

Price - FREE for orders $70 or more otherwise $5.95.

Shipping Time - 9-29 business days. 

 

Optional Worldwide Priority Shipping:

Price - $11.95 for all orders. 

Shipping Time - 3-9 business days 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Please read through our returns policy carefully as by purchasing with Luna & Lucifer you are agreeing to all returns terms and conditions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange an item. Please email us with the reason for return at info@lunaandlucifer.com to receive our returns address. Please note, we provide exchanges only, no refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.

The following returns criteria will be assessed and at Luna & Lucifer’s sole discretion returns will be denied if all requirements are not met.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be eligible.

Items must be returned in the following conditions to meet our returns criteria:

• Original packaging (as you received it).

• Unworn (no perfume, no make-up stains and/or other signs of wear)

• Unwashed and/or Unsoiled

• Undamaged and/or Repaired

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot issue refunds on items from the following categories:

• Swimwear

• Undergarments (intimates and bodysuits)

• Earrings

• Hair Accessories

The item(s) must be returned to the address provided by Luna & Lucifer before a refund is processed. The cost of the original freight and return to the warehouse will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

All sizing information for each item is clearly displayed in the product description. Please read this carefully and measure yourself if need be. We do not offer refunds for items that do not fit, however we can exchange this for another size.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items. Please select these items carefully to avoid disappointment.  Sale items do not include discount codes applied at checkout.

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed from the date that Luna & Lucifer receives your item.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please email us at info@lunaandlucifer.com with supporting photo evidence and we will assess the next course of action. If your item(s) are deemed to be faulty, we will replace and facilitate the return of the item(s). 

Closed button holes and loose threads are not a manufacturing defect and are not covered under faulty items, however, we are happy to accept general returns for these.
