Shipping & Returns


Our head office is in Auckland, New Zealand with a dispatch warehouse in both Hong Kong and the United States and our design team based in the fashion district LA.

Your order will be dispatched from the closest warehouse to your destination, with few exceptions to ensure the fastest delivery times.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange the item. Please download the returns form and send it to us along with your item.

The following returns criteria will be assessed and at Luna & Lucifer’s sole discretion returns will be denied if all requirements are not met. You will be notified that your item/s can’t be returned via email.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be eligible.

Items must be returned in the following conditions to meet our returns criteria:

• Original packaging including all tags (as you received it)

• Unworn (no perfume, no make-up stains and/or other signs of wear)

• Unwashed and/or Unsoiled

• Undamaged and/or Repaired

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot issue refunds on items from the following categories:

• Swimwear

• Undergarments (intimates and bodysuits)

• Earrings

• Make-up tools


All returns will be compensated for in the form of store credit equal value less the costs of shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be approved and processed from the date that Luna & Lucifer receives your item. You will be notified via email when your refund has been approved and processed.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items. Please select these items carefully to avoid disappointment.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please email us at with supporting evidence and we will assess the next course of action. If your item(s) are deemed to be faulty, we will replace and facilitate the return of.
