DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

These timeframes do not include possible customs delays.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Worldwide shipping is completely free of charge for all orders $70 or more. For orders under $70, shipping to anywhere in the world is just $5.95.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Depending on availability of product, all orders placed on business days by 12pm will be dispatched from Luna & Lucifer HQ within the next five business days. Items with allocated timeframes will be shipped accordingly.  These timeframes do not include possible customs delays.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, tracking information is available upon request.

WHY IS MY TRACKING LINK NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION?

All of our shipments are delivered and are trackable via your country’s local postal company. This varies country by country with some country’s tracking information not becoming active until it clears that country’s customs and is scanned in by the local postal company. If this is the case for your country, you will need to wait until this arrives in your country before you can view tracking updates.

WHERE IS LUNA & LUCIFER BASED?

Luna & Lucifer has warehouses in both Los Angeles, United States and Hong Kong.

I’VE ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your shipping label. However, if it has been shipped then you will need to get in touch with your local postal company to organise for them to redirect your parcel.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A RECENT ORDER?

We aim to process and pack orders quickly to ensure your item is out for delivery as fast as possible.  If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate this change.   Please note that it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change it in time.   Please ensure you double check your order and sizing BEFORE completing payment.

I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Once an order has been placed we begin processing it and are unable to cancel it.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR ITEMS IN?

All of our prices are displayed in USD.

CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

Yes you can. All of our orders are processed in USD so when you checkout as you will see, you will be checking out in USD. However, upon purchasing your bank will automatically convert this to your local currency for you.
